Caching in New York

Today was spent mostly caching in the city, thus I'll keep it short as most of you will not want to go into every detail of each cache find. Those who are interested can find the details on my caching account :D. We spent the morning caching downtown: the financial district, Battery Park and Tribeca.

After lunch we went back to the hostel in Brooklyn to pick up our bags as we were changing hostel. We are now uptown in Harlem so we can explore the upper regions of the city.

After the move we continued our caching in Central Park. Am almost surreal place. Very calm and tranquil right in the centre on the city. Really nice :)

We stopped at a chinese for dinner and felt incredibly confused when they said that chow mien was a vegitable and the to have noodles we should have some other dish whose name I can't remember. Also G0N asked for some prawn crackers and they had never heard of them. They suggested rice crackers or fortune cookies, but they had no prawn crackers. They did however have Mountain Dew. Egad I have missed it.

Right, that's our day. It has been very hot, so the nice cool shower at the hostel was really nice.
